Information on treaties and acts concerning weapon trade 

For various reasons defence industry is heavily regulated by national as well as international regulations.

In Denmark there are regulations on the ownership and financing af defence companies. In addition it requires a license from the Ministry of Justice to import, produce, sell or export weapons and defence equipment.
