October 12th &13th: Quattro lateral Defence and Security symposium

After two successful events in Berlin and Flensburg, the Danish Embassy in Berlin in cooperation with DWT and FAD would now like companies from the defence and security industries to mark the above date.

September 1st 2010: Danish Defence Industry event at the Danish Embassy in Washington D.C.

The Danish NAD, Chief of DALO, the Danish Defence and Logistics Organisation, Lieutenant General Per Ludvigsen is visiting the USA and is supporting the event.

August 26th: C–IED Industry Day

In cooperation with the Danish Armed Forces, FAD is hosting an Industry Day on Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED).

June 30th: Defence Industry Day at FAK

As in previous years FAD hosted a "Defence Industry Day" at the Royal Danish Defence College (FAK). This year the "Defence Industry Day" was held on Wednesday 30th June 2010.

June 2010: EUROSATORY

FAD, DI and EPD had the pleasure of inviting Danish companies to be part of the Danish Pavilion at Eurosatory in Paris – the largest international exhibition for land and air-land defence and homeland defence.

June 6th: Danish Airshow 2010

With over 100.000 spectators Danish Air Show 2010 in Skrydstrup was a huge success. FAD companies displayed their technologies and products at various location around the huge exhibition area.

May 19th: FAD's Annual General Assembly

The Annual General Assembly of the Defence & Aerospace Industries Association in Denmark, FAD, was held on Wednesday 19th May 2010.

May 5th: Meeting with the new Danish Minister of Defence

FAD hosted an introductory meeting between the new Danish Minister of Defence - Gitte Lillelund Bech - and the FAD member companies.

April 13th: FCT Defence Industry Day

FAD arranged a "FCT - Defence Industry Day" at Hydrema in Jutland for a broad range of Danish companies.

With the launch of the transponder, Weibel Scientific is challenging the extensively used pulse radar technology used for space launches, thus obtaining substantial competitive advantages in new markets. Hydrema awarded U.S. Army contract for Mine Clearing Vehicles 

Hydrema one of the leading suppliers of high-technology, earth-moving equipment, announced today that it has been awarded a five-year indefinite contract with a ceiling of $168 million dollars  with the U.S. Army for the delivery of area mine clearing systems (AMCS), as well as spares, training and maintenance of these vehicles.
