The Danish manufacturer of customised magnetic components and power supplies Flux A/S has become a member of FAD.
Denmark has a long tradition of very strict observance regarding rules on public procurement procedures. In the defence area this is further complicated by extensive sector specific legislation. Members of FAD have access to two hours of juridical assistance free of charge from one of the two law firms Bech-Bruun or Bender von Haller Dragsted. This provides the opportunity to discuss concrete aspects of a call for tender.
